The Grinton I. Will Library (originally know as the Grassy Sprain Library) opened in November of 1962.

This document assigned ownership of land from the City of Yonkers to the Trustees of the Yonkers Public Library. The library built on this property would became know as the Grinton I. Will Library. The Will Library opened on November 11, 1962.
